Whipped Cream

Components
Whipped Cream
- 1 cup cooled whipping cream
- 1 Tablespoon. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Little pinch of kosher salt
Macerated Berries
- 1 pound. blackberries and/or blueberries, cut in half, quartered if big
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Little pinch of kosher salt
Preparation

Utilizing the biggest (and largest) blend you have, beat cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a big cooled bowl up until soft peaks form, 3 – 6 minutes, depending upon the number of breaks you take.

Do Ahead: Whipped cream can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and chill. Right before serving, blend cream one or two times to refluff, however do not overwhip it.
